How do I cancel my Queuwu Host plan?

Plans are billed through Google Play. Open Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, choose Queuwu Host and cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. You can also get there from Account → Your plan → Manage subscription in the app.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are non-refundable except where the law or Google Play's policies require otherwise. See our Terms.

My listing isn't showing in Queuwu.

A listing shows to customers while your plan is active and your listing is published. Check Account → Your plan in Queuwu Host; if a payment failed, fix it in Google Play.

How do I delete my account?
