Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Queuwu app, the Queuwu Host app or queuwu.com (together, "Queuwu"). By using Queuwu you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Queuwu.

What Queuwu does

Queuwu lets customers join a business's line from their phone and see their place live, and lets businesses run that line. Businesses are independent: they decide who they serve and when, and they're responsible for their own services. Waiting times shown in the app are estimates, not promises.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 to use Queuwu, and old enough to enter a contract where you live to buy a Queuwu Host plan.
• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time — see how.

Customers

• Join a line only when you intend to show up, and leave it if your plans change.
• A business may call people out of order, remove people from its line, pause or close it.

Businesses (Queuwu Host)

• Keep your listing accurate and lawful. Only upload photos and content you have the right to use. You give us permission to show your listing and photos in Queuwu and on queuwu.com.
• Treat customers fairly, and only enter a walk-in customer's personal details with their permission.
• You're responsible for following the laws that apply to your business.

Queuwu Host plans and billing

• Queuwu Host needs a paid plan for your listing to appear to customers. Plans are billed through Google Play, at the price shown before you buy.
• A free trial, if offered, is available once. When it ends you're charged automatically unless you cancel before it ends.
• Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Payments are non-refundable, including for time left in a period when you cancel or delete your account, except where the law or Google Play's refund policies require otherwise.
• Deleting your account doesn't cancel your plan. Cancel it in Google Play first, or you'll keep being charged.
• We may change prices; changes apply from your next renewal after we tell you, and you can cancel before then.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Queuwu: no fake listings or bookings, spam, harassment, attempts to break into accounts or systems, scraping, or anything illegal. We may suspend or remove accounts or listings that break these terms.

Our service

We work to keep Queuwu available and accurate, but it's provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or make mistakes. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for a business's services or decisions; and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; if we make a significant change we'll tell you in the app, and continuing to use Queuwu means you accept the new terms. You can stop using Queuwu at any time. We may stop offering Queuwu or any part of it; if we end a paid service early we'll refund the unused part of your plan where required.
